Martin Oduor Mulang' is a proud 24 year old Kenyan. Against all odds, orphaned at a very young age, completed high school and scored an A (404 marks out 500) in the KCPE examinations.
With no money again, could not afford the well deserved national school position offered, was forced to join a day school, where he was a student leader all through, and four years later emerged victorious. Securing himself a position in one of the best public universities in East Africa, Kenyatta University in 2013 main campus. Having scored an A- in the KCSE examinations (high school or 12th grade) At Kenyatta university he pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, and is currently awaiting graduation with honours.
With the skills acquired and the nature of his consistent performance, combined with his ambition, he intends to pursue a masters degree abroad. Plans are underway, and the just God has set it in motion.
Currently, I'm a freelancer mainly. Doing online writing, and transcription jobs with GoTranscript and Scribie, alongside side hustles like web design and Software resolutions. These have been consistent in their rewards, as they give an average daily return of 1,500 Kenya shillings.
I'm currently in urgent need of Data and Headphones, and my laptop which got spoilt in a fire accident. I'm a qualified transcriber with scribie and GoTranscript and so I'm at hold. so I'll use the loan to buy the required equipment to continue my freelancing work as well as side hustles which demand travelling to and from town
