About Me

My name is Beatrice Tembo a Zambian woman, I grew up in Zambia and attended both primary and secondary school. Am doing farming business which I want to get a loan from Zidisha to help me develop the farming business.

My Business

Am a full time farmer and I sell agriculture crops which I sell from time to time, the crops I sell are in demand especially fresh maize, vegetables of any kind, t he agriculture crops are profitable and sell fast and are highly consumable. When I spend roughly 35000 ZMW my profit margin is 7000 to 8500.Hence the profits are to fund other activities on the farm by buying farming inputs and improving the way being of the family.

Loan Proposal

Am requesting for this loan now to help me to transport bags of maize to market. Should I find transport it will to take the maize to sell at market and now generate good income. The millers will be happy in market places those those that own the hammer meals for milling mealie meal .In the end I will make more profits because this year the price per bag has increased and am expected to make 15000.00 ZMW from 2000 bags I have produce so far.

Income Source

In addition to maize farming I sell vegetable , pigs, goats and village chicken which gives me money weekly, therefore I generate more income and repaying the loan will not an issue. Thank you so much my lenders in advance.
