About Me

My name is Gifty Osei. My hometown Twedie, found in Ashanti region, Ghana. I attended Afua Kobi High school located in Ashanti region. When I finished the high school Education, I furthered to University of Cape Coast where I persued Bachelor of Managment studies . I offered offered my national Service at National Health insurance Scheme at Bekwai, Ghana. Am the first of my Parents. I enjoy reading books and playing games during my leisure time. During my childhood education to the Senior High, school education, my participation to the school activities was limited due to my health condition. Despite this health issue i coundnt give up but studied hard to further on my education to tertiary level. Always to giives thanks and appreciation to my parents for not given up on me because of my Condition but were able to put their resources together to cater for me till now. I have engaged in small scale retailed super market business and also yet to Persue my Masters degree in Education.

My Business

For now am done with my National Service and i earned monthly income allowances from the government at that period. In Ghana is difficult to secure government work to earn monthly income when you complete Tertiary institutions. Unemployment rate in Ghana is very high. Because of this situation in Ghana I have engaged into small scale Supper market business where I sell general provisions goods like Milo, milk, rice etc to my community to obtain income. It my hope that after joining Zidisha, I will enlarge the supermarket and buy more goods and sell.

Loan Proposal

Dear Lenders, I am requesting for this loan to pay my tuition fees for Masters degree in Education and also invest part to expand my small scale supermarket business. I have completed my first degree in Education and Due to employment situation in Ghana I have decided to engaged in some small scale super market Business to earn income for a living. It is my hope that Lenders all over the world will help me fund this loan to enable me enlarge my store. The cost is to expand and pay the fees is very huge but since am limited to raise larger loan at time i will manage with this $818 for now if it is funded for me.
