I am Magdalena; women 57 years of Indonesian citizens. Currently I have six grandchildren. 4 grandson from my daughter and two grandchildren from my last son; One of them is the only one grand daughter who was just born on October 18th, 2015.

I am close with all my six grandchild, I love them so much, I admit far more talkative than their mothers. My talkative as much concern as matters such as how to eat properly, greeting before entering the room, to the polite way of speaking.

In the neighborhood of where I live and around my business premises, I better known by the nickname "Oma" (in Dutch means grandmother).

Now I run the kilogram laundry business is the type of laundry business services with the selling price calculated from the weight of dirty laundry to be washed (in each kilogram weight).

The kilogram laundry business as been running more or less 6 months and to save the cost of renting an expensive business premises in the city, I was lucky to get a place of business owners who want to rent my place in the system for results with a percentage of 75% for me and 25% for owners of business premises.

My gross income per day on average is 30 kg x 0.43 USD = 12.9 USD or 12.9 USD x 30 days = 378 USD per month .

With the details of expenditures of operating expenses monthly as follows:
- Monthly bills electricity and wateris 35.58 USD,
- Monthly purchasing of chemical laundry is 30.22 USD.
- Monthly purchasing of plastic sacks is 30.24 USD
- Monthly salary of two persons of my laundry employees is 108.83USD

So the total spending as my monthly operating expenses is
35.58 USD + 30.22 USD + 30.24 USD +108.83USD = 204.87 USD

Gross income of 378 USD per month reduced total operating expenses of my monthly expenses is 204.87 USD; The remaining 173.13 USD deducted 25% as the sharing profit to the owner of business premises in the amount of 43.28 USD.

So my net income per month was 173.13 USD -43.28USD = 129. 85USD

Loan Proposal

If the loan application is successful fully funded, I will use the funds to buy Iron Steam Boiler for $ 173.54 USD in order to save time and energy efficiency, especially in the execution of dozens of kilograms ironing clean clothes to make them more presentable and all the customers satisfied.

Sekarang ini saya menjalankan usaha laundry kiloan adalah jenis usaha pelayanan jasa laundry dengan harga jual dihitung dari beratnya cucian kotor yang akan dicuci (per kilogram). Sudah berjalan lebih kurang 6 bulan dan untuk menghemat biaya sewa tempat usaha yang mahal di kota Jakarta, saya beruntung mendapatkan pemilik tempat usaha yang mau menyewakan tempatnya pada saya dengan sistem bagi hasil dengan presentase 75% untuk saya dan 25 % untuk pemilik tempat usaha. Pendapatan kotor saya per hari rata-rata maksimum adalah 30 kilogram x 0.43 USD = 12.9 USD atau 12.9 USD x 30 hari = 378 USD per bulan.
Dengan rincian pengeluaran beban usaha bulanan sebagai berikut : tagihan listrik dan air 35.58 USD , Belanja kimia laundry bulanan 30.22 USD, Belanja Plastic bag bulanan 30.24 USD , Gaji bulanan 2 orang karyawan laundry 108.83USD. Jadi total pengeluaran beban usaha bulanan saya adalah 35.58 USD+30.22 USD+30.24 USD +108.83USD = 204.87 USD, dari pendapatan kotor sebesar 378 USD per bulan dikurangi Total pengeluaran beban usaha bulanan saya 204.87 USD; tersisa 173.13 USD dipotong 25% sebagai bagi hasil kepada pemilik tempat usaha yaitu sebesar 43.28 USD. Jadi pendapatan bersih saya per bulan adalah 173.13 USD -43.28USD = 129. 85USD
