About Me

Having worked for my previous employer and gained knowledge and experience, i decided to start my small cleaning business. I started it with the aim of meeting client needs(mostly residential) and to also create job opportunities for the youths living around Lakeview.
I thank God and for my friends for the success they have given me in terms of getting me regular cleaning opportunities . It is my aim to provide integrated high quality cleaning services to our highly esteemed customers using environmentally conducive materials and best labour relations.

My Business

My business provides residential cleaning service for the upper-end families. We target two wealthy population : the wealthy one-income household and the affluent two-income households. Both of these groups appreciate a professional, reliable, trustworthy, cleaning service and are willing to pay a premium to get this top of the shelve level of service. Although there are lots of competitors in the cleaning service space, there is good reason for this competition, demand is high. Plenty of maid/ janitorial services have waiting lists, they are unable to meet demand. Cleaning service customers want quality, and not everyone in the cleaning service space offers quality. How often when you ask one of your friends for a referral do they tell you they have been using a bunch of different companies and they have yet to find one that they are truly happy with.
The residential house cleaning market is serviced predominately by independent companies. There are however , a few large franchises. Residential service are divided into a couple of different categories, maid or house cleaners, carpet cleaners, window cleaners, and a variety of other services that are required on a less frequent basis. They are more restricted in their range of offered services relative to the commercial janitorial services.
We charge a premium for our services, and people are willing to pay to get our unsurpassed level of professionalism, trustworthiness, and attention to detail. We provide the most pleasant experience possible
The edge we have over our competitors is the trust we have built with our clients for the months we have been in operation. We are operate from our residential house of which our customers don't know where we are located yet they entrust us to offer our services to them. The business is profitable in that the numbers are there and that with more marketing the numbers will grow. The risks include lack of an office, modern cleaning equipment, uniforms and transport costs.
Our monthly costs carter for our house rent(office) buying detergents and paying wages of our casual staff .
The revenue is generated from weekly general house cleaning services, carpet cleaning and detail car cleaning. My customers prefer my business to the competition because of the quality services.

Loan Proposal

We lack car cleaning equipment. With this loan I will be able to add to my savings to enable me buy a car buffing machine. I am confident that this machine will play a big role in my business, since we also offer detail car cleaning services. Many people own cars and place great value on their cars and how they look. We believe that the type of car that a person owns says volumes about their driving, and, therefore their car washing and detailing requirements. We are targeting customers who have their car washed based on the quality of the job. They do not mind spending a little more each week to have their car washed and waxed in order to keep the paint work in excellent shape.
It is often said that one’s car is an extension of their personality. Whether this holds true or not, keeping your car in great shape can add 5 % to the re-sale value of your car!
