About Me

i am alex kiptum kiplagat born in a family of 9.life at my childhood was not easy since i was raised in a humble family,my famil could not afford to gather most of our basic needs!at times we could take only on meal in a day or even hardly one,my education background is quite complicated.i started school on the year 2000 and life was not easy,i attended pre-primary school for on year before i dropped for another full year due to family financial constrains!in the year 2002 i joned nursary school again and i proceded to standard one.in the year 2010 i finished standard eight with excellent results,thanks to my eduction sponsors,i proceded to Nairobi High school where i managed to score a mean grade of B(plain)i joined Egerton university in the year 2015 and am yet to finish my studies in Economics and statistics.Since life has never been easy to me i decided to look for a way of surviving,in the first year while in campus i decided to sell sweets to comrades especialy during English premier league match days since customers are many,my business grew untill i decided to open a small food stall selling chips(cookies)!the most important motivation to my business is that i come from a community of herders and i thought i should change the situation in the future,i also do gambling as a part time job!

My Business

selling chips seems to be on of the most lucarative business in campus,at times sales my be variable but generally demand is usually high since the campus generally has a high population .moreover the businesses of the same kind seems to be a few in the campus.Before i ventured into this business i had looked at the costvof production and i realized that i could afford to raise the capital.I first of all startes with 5000ksh and i managed to s run the business smoothly.The business made some enormous returns!I ussually rent the stall at sh1500 per month and pay my workers a salary of sh 300 per day.average returns of my business per day is shillings 2500 and i pay my works a total amount of shillings 600 per day,the cost of items needed per day is 1000 thus making a profit of shillings 900 per day!since i am a government sponsored student i don't always sprnt my profit ind my school activities not unless other wise

Loan Proposal

I am going to buy utensils for my food stall.spoons and plates at a cost of 5.8$.The utensils will ease the job in my stall and enable me to serve more customers at a time.A expect a smooth rise in profit due to the ability to serve the customers sufficiently.Earlier on some of my customers could wait for long to be served but with these loan i believe that everything shall run smoothly.Business always need to be well equiped with relavant equipments for it to rise above ussual profit.My customers shall not waste time waiting to be served as well,my workers shall be in a postion to save time.
