Printing services-the organization will benefit through printing of both typed and designed document this will enhance student and organization best preference
Scanning-this will enable students scan an upload students academics credentials to enhance security.
Photocopy-this will enable organization cut down the expenses incurred while photocopying marketing brochures thus will increase marketing to a large geographical.
when my organization will get this printer it will realize a net profit of $400 per month due to reduction of printer cost services incurred by the organization
