About Me

My name is James Juma Otete married but not yet blessed with a kid and i live at Utawala near Githunguri. Am an engineer by profession though haven't been employed. I decided to operate a welding workshop because when i was still waiting for an employment, i had a big financial constrain that led me to open my own workshop for an employment and at least give an employment to other young men.

My Business

My workshop is located near a busy road that connects Utawala with Katani. Its a bout 150m from the main road. The name of my workshop is Luyai Glass Mart and Welding . My production is of high quality in the Estate that competes with other workshops within the Estate. My monthly turnover is Kenya shillings 200000 per month witch gives me a profit of 15000 after all expenses. I make steel gates, doors, windows and all other steel metal works.

Loan Proposal

Am planning to parches grinding machine so that i may improve on work efficiency. the machine that i bought last time has actually made my work to move to another step that i require a grinding machine that costs Ksh. 25000.
