About Me

I am a 42year old Kenyan farmer that exports Chillies to UK, Germany and Norway from my leased farms in Kajiado and Embu Counties.

I am an ex-banker with 15yrs working experience from Barclays, ABC and Jamii Bora Banks in Nairobi City County.

Currently, I combine agribusiness and real estate agency as my core income generating activities.

My Business

1. Agribusiness I: I grow various types of Chillies for export markets in leased farms in Kajiado and Embu counties.

2. Agribusiness II: I grow food crops including potatoes, maize, cabbages and carrots for local markets in leased farms in Nyandarua and Kiambu counties.

3. Real Estate Agency: I collect rent and manage properties in Kitengela, Kajiado County, at a commission or management fee. I also participate in sales of plots and houses in the same neighbourhood to gain sales commissions.

4. Project Finance Brokerage: Using my skills and networks in the banking industry, I assist in doing project proposal to attract funding to viable projects.

Project Proposal

I shall fund internet connection to my offices for one month to enable online education and online sales of my products and services to raise not only the repayment but more funds for upkeep and funding School fees for my daughter.

Access to a reliable internet connection will enable me to raise Kes. 50,000 over the next one month from consultancy fees and real estate agency fees.

It was a tough time for businesses just after a prolonged elections in 2017.

Zidisha loan sorted out very critical emergency expenses that arose.

Now I need 1,500/- to sort out urgent medical expenses that can't wait for business payments.

    Dear Mauricio & Ahmad,

Thank you very much for exceeding my expectations in that I expected funding to take 14 days but you delivered within 3 days.

I was in so much need to fund harvesting logistics this weekend and early next week.

Your funding approval was so timely to my farming business.

Hi Lenders, can you lend a higher amount of Kes. 50,000 payable in 60 days from the exports of chillies from my Embu farm? If I inject this 50k now as it is raining I can guarantee an income of 100k per week effective 15th December 2017. I can give out a post dated cheque of 60k to cover the borrowed 50k for your comfort and security.
