I am the first male child in a family of six. after High School I attended computer literacy classes where I trained in maintenance and networking besides MS Suite. I also did my driving school and obtained a driving license. i worked for some time at Beach Road supermarket and raised my start up capital to begin my Ration Store. My persuasion was that I can make my ends meet if i am self employed. My ration store supplies serials and accompaniments like cooking oil salt and sugar. When i am not in my shop I train in the school soccer club and Like making friends on the Facebook. i hope to grow and employ others to release me from daily exertions.
My ration store supplies serials and accompaniments like cooking oil salt and sugar. I started with a capital of less than $200 but today I am worth Over $500 in less than one and half years. The profits that I make I reinvest in new stock and i can say I am capable of repaying the Zidisha loan. I get my personal expenses from the shop and support my family. When I marry I shall think of expanding to a second shop or even more and employ others to assist with the sells. My shop is the darling of Isinta market because I sell at a low prices because I try to keep my overheads low. For example I cook my meals rather than eat in the market eateries.
I shall use $100 for upping already existing stock and @25 for New items that are in demand like spices. @25 shall go into my Garden that needs seeds and fertilizer. I have been growing Three month crops like onions and cabbage. with the serials I discovered that people also need Onions and cabbage for salad and main dish accompaniments. I shall have an eye on market farming because it is complimentary and not conflicting with my core business.
