About Me

My name is Susan Mwenesi and I am a writer by profession. I write for Techmoran.com and would like to have my own blog which talks about issues facing the African business woman. Through the help of Zidisha , I started my blog but I need it to go to the next level with better plug ins and aesthetics. This will make it look more respectable given that it reports on Business issues. At the moment I have a designer who is willing to help me with the design of the blog and the back end features as well. I have explained to him that it is a startup and he has agreed to start with a basic website for me.

My Business

At the moment, I source my money from the money I get from Techmoran.com. I would like to buy a domain for my blog women and business and start blogging. I expect to make profits from advertisements that will be coming in. I also expect to make money through affiliate marketing and having activities that bring the consumers of goods and manufacturers to start knowing each other.

Loan Proposal

I will use the money to buy a domain and pay for internet after which I can start posting on the blog. A domain costs Ksh. 1000 annually and I can source for it locally. I have already earmarked a good vendor for the domain. I will be posting at least three times a day and expect o build a steady following over time. I have a ready rate card that I will start sending to potential clients once I have started building a following.
