About Me

I am Rose Kiprop and a third born in a family of three. I am also a mother a one. I am a business lady and run an hardware shop at Eldama-Ravine.

I am a diploma holder in Library Archives and did venture into business due lack of job opportunities.

My Business

My business is based at Eldama-Ravine and deals with various hardware materials meant for building business such as iron sheets, nails , wires etc. My clientile are various people in building and construction industry. My daily sales varies from Ksh 1500 per day to Ksh 5000 per day.

I am handicapped in terms of expansion due to low working capital. I rely on loan sharks when faced with cash flow challenges and they charge a lot of interest of upto 30 percent per month which is very expensive.

Loan Proposal

This loan will go towards purchase of stock for my business.

1. Iron sheets USD 150
2. Nails USD 50
3. Wire mesh USD 10
4. Melting Gaudes USD 100

Caren shared with me that her sales are low, this is what has been making her loan repayment to be late.
