About Me

I am Thomas Mutiso, I live in Nairobi with my wife and kids.
I am 38 years old. I come from Machakos County. I attended my primary school in machokos primary then went to st Charles langa for my high school education after which I joined Mt. Kenya University where I studied business management.
Get a job is always a challenge so I opted to employ myself.
I went into the market surveyed to see what kind of business I would venture into.
I discovered tomatoes were and are always in demand so I thought it would be something worth trying.

My Business

I distribute and deliver tomatoes to my clients. What I basically do is, I go to farmers back in the village, buy the tomatoes then pack them into crates then transport them back to the city, where I repack them according to the orders I received. I also have a small stall where local vendors come to buy then go to sell.
My other clients are restraunts they give me orders and I deliver to them once every week.
My profit range between kes 15000 to 25000 depending on the amount of crates I sell.
I use my profits to educate my kids and take care of other family needs.

Loan Proposal

I would like to procure a crate of fresh tomatoes, I will buy a crate for $12, I will add $6 to my loan to be able to buy the tomatoes. I will sell the crate for $20 Making a profit of $8.

    Thomas,
can you provide update about your missed repayments? Lenders understand that there can be difficulties in business. Do post updates about it rather than keep silent.
