About Me

I am a single lady who have completed my form 4 education and went to college to study a Diploma in Pharmacy. I got employed in Nairobi for a year but live became tough there due to low salary of 15000 which could not help me sustain my life there. I decided to start afresh and started my own small chemist where i sell medicine to people in Miti mingi area. I looked for a strategic position in Miti mingi, a building opposite Miti Mingi Health Centre and stocked most demanded medicine especially for young children. Patients leaving hospital often come asking me for particular medicine. I love my job because i love solving other people's health problems. I am also in local women merry-go-round groups (two groups). My hobby is listening to music and reading novels.

My Business

My chemist involves buying and selling medicine most of which are not available to local dispensaries. Due to the requirement or policy by the government to only deal in legit medicine, i look for legit medicine which are very costly. Currently I have almost all commonly looked for medicines but in small amounts as the shelves on my photograph shows. Currently, I have a stock of 125000 and i get daily sales of 6000 where profit is roughly 30% of the sales. I love Miti mingi because life is cheap there and it is a rapidly growing center. Given the loan, I will definitely be able to top up my shelves with the most demanded medicine. again, i love solving people's health problems and i use this as the key motivation besides getting profits.

Loan Proposal

i propose this loan as it will help me add more children's syrups as they are being bought at large quantities. this has become a challenge to me as many people sometimes comes and lack the syrups. i have assured my customers that soon they will never lack any kind of medicine the want. i request the zidisha team to kindly fund me as this loan well ensure i have satisfied the customers needs and also creation of more profit of upto 70%. thanks in advance. Loise, mitimingi

i like to adjust my istallment and reduce my repayment since the income is too low. demand of drugs from customers is becoming too low hence make a repayment of 200 kes per week. this will ensure that i have made my due on time. i will appreciate you acceptance of adjustment promising that i will never be late again

    Hi lenders,
I have been trying to reach Loise unsuccessfully but managed to talk to her community leader but was a little bit occupied and said I contact him next week.
Kindly give me more time to find out what exactly affects her and then inform you afterwards.
    Regards
    V.M

Any small part that I've made pales in comparison to the importance of your work in the community. Even these simple medicines significantly improve the quality of life for many and in some cases prevent horrible debilitation. I'm so pleased to see your funding requirement has been fulfilled.

I am wondering what specific kinds of medicine you are looking to sell, and what ailments they claim to treat?
