About Me

Being born and raised in a Kenyan rural setting means that agriculture would part and parcel of your family activities. From this humble beginnings, I pursued studies in the field of finance with intense interest on how to improve our community. Nonetheless, through exposure and experience, it dawned to me that Agriculture gives a perfect platform for one to impact a larger demographic area and thereby achieve the desired development goals at a considerable scale.
The focus here is to raise the living standard of families by increasing the purchasing power of women; who comprise 90% of the work force.

My Business

In the past 3 years I have been able to setup a thriving Eggs Distribution business. This venture is located in the coastal region of Kenya where very few farmers carry out poultry farming hence a I noticed a substantial market for eggs. By managing the logistics involved in Sales and Distribution while fishing for numerous opportunities through a High sense of creativity and Inventiveness, we have achieved notable growth.
The typical costs are transport and labor that take 6.8% of our sales revenue.
The retained profits are directly reinvested in the growing business by steadily increasing stock inventory in-order to meet the ever growing market demand.

Loan Proposal

Obtaining better farm implements will increase our efficiency at the farm. This will enable our women to finish their work load in good time and attend to household chores. The cost of hoes and cutting tools required will cost $15 (Fifteen dollars). Your contribution will be highly appreciated.
