Thank you zidisha for this great oppokrtunity , my names are Anne lucy Njoproge,aged 37years.I do have a family and their very much part of a nbig part in my life.The responsibility of being with a family has always given me a positive challenge which to me has brought a mature understanding individual.Am also a graduate with a degree in management of NGOS.My education in a deeper sense gave me a chance to exploite and explore better avenues that why i chose to leave employment sector into enterprenueral sector.Thye pressure to make a better lifwe and also expand my potential made me venture into the business world.Therefore i decided to start a cosmetics business which has grown over the last 8years.Mostly my earnings part of it goes back to business and the rest ares used to meet my obligations.

My Business

Am grateful to inform the this great team that my cosmetics business is a big trend of venture that is much acceptable in the beauty industry.I do buy stuffs like human air,lip sticks,artificial nails,shampoos,and other related beauty products.The modern busines trend in this industry has really been a plus factor to the growth of my business.Another factor that has really helped mer is frequent mrket analysis which has given me a good competitive winning edge against my competitors.My good working relationship between me and my customers has seen me receiving un ending referrals who have been a great boost to me because of my warm customer care.The demand for beauty products is a serious business so to say.This is why i chose to vwenture into cosmetis industry.However challenges are always there but this again depends on your strategic business approach you employ to maintain your customers.Things like unfair competition from cheap products has really sometimes affected the business,another factor is fluctuattions of prices of cosmetics from the importing countries.This to some point hasw been a challenge though not a threat to the industry.Under normal circumstances the business is able to generate a turn over of 50,00ksh to 65,000ksh per ,month.Therefore in terms of loans repayment i dont anticipate much challenges.My dream is to uterlize this zidisha opportunity to grow my business to a level i could say i have grown.My hope and believe is to achieve a greater height through this Zidisha concept to help me experience my self actualization plane.
