I was born in Lumakanda village of Lugari Sub-county,Kakamega Counthy 26 years ago. I grew up with a bigger vision,a bigger mind, a dream to become a doctor. But what happened to the greater dream?
I started my primary school and eventually completed class eight with certificate of Kenya primary school Education (KCPE).
In 2006 I joined a local secondary school where I began to explore all that could make me realized my dream. I n 2009, I completed my secondary education and passed with credit of B but could not join university to pursue medicine due to financial constrains, since this couldn't be the end of life I decided to become a casual worker despite its low wage and at the same time being rare to find.
I did this work for three years and at the end I had saved some good amount of cash, that I decided to venture into service business where IN opened up a barber shop, where I now cut, shave and trim young and old people hair and make them look smart.
As mentioned from my profile, I currently operate a barber shop where I cut, shave and trim all hair styles.Currently the generation that surrounds the environment where I stay are students and also the working class who at all times need to be smart and presentable. This makes it worthwhile to offer quality service to them.
My current business is worth 10,000KES. I ventured into the business after saving some money from the casual jobs I was engaging in.So far I have made a profit of 500KES, I anticipate that these will grow up to at least 1000KES profit.
I intend to use these profit to save for my family and also for the university fees which am expected to start paying when I join business class later this year.

As you know here in Kenya our staple food is maize, so this will ensure food security for my family.
