About Me

I am Ameyaw Opoku Kenneth,I come from Techiman in the Brong/Ahafo Region of Ghana. My parents are Mr and Mrs Ameyaw Isaac, they have five
children and am the second born. After I completed my junior high school, my father was joblessness and he could not send me school due to poverty. I have
to look for work,so I went to Tarkwa for illegal mining but it was not easy I nearly lost my life,I always thank God for his protection.I came back home
with little income, but I first advice friends and neighbors know one should go for illegal mining.I then started new business by repairing shoes and bags.
One day I met a woman call Madam Juliana Amoah who was a baker employed me,I work very hard to save thing to achieve my aim by going back to school, so I
a year before continuing senior high school, but I was still working during vacation till I completed school.I work with her till six months,in fact that
woman has been kind and good to me.she has help me a lot,I always remember her in my prayers. After working with her I had so many experience,in six months
time I earn some money to start my own business as a baker, with wooden oven and goods(flour, sugar, margarine, baking powder, etc)to bake bread and cake. I
supplied to some store owners and customers to the market and I have more customers. The people in my community are nice to me and they enjoy my bread too.
I am not yet married but junior sisters Mary said she wants to a businesswoman and Joanna wants to be a doctor when they grow up.My hobbies is to play
video games and watching movies.I used my pastime to visit my customers, asking them the qualities of the bread some gives me positive and others gives
negative feedback, all this motivated me to know how the business is move in on,because every business customers first.

My Business

It is a very good business,I provide breads and cakes. A special cake for weeding, engagement etc but sometimes the problem
I do encounter is my wooden oven and the goods for work sometimes I need to go to Madam Juliana for good and it in a pay
it a small time and my wooden oven its breaks since I do not have enough capital to afford my own I buy them as request.
I am into this business because with this I am able to manage things by myself and take good care of my money and to know
what to do at anytime and it less consuming it help reduce poverty. The cost of the goods depend on the increase the price and the profit margin
is not mach because I always want to reduce price to maintain customers since I do not have enough capital I attach selling
of cool kenkey, cool water and cool tea so that I can be able to pay. The profit is some how channeled back to business but some
to help my sisters education and feeling of the family too.

Loan Proposal

My dear leaders if the loan is granted i will use it to buy flour, sugar, margarine, baking powder, gas cylinder,and to expand my bakery. The prices of the items are as follows;
4 Flour= $141.25, 2 margarine=$42.88, sugar=$34.05 baking powder=$5.04
It will create a lot of benefits for myself and other. By helping my sisters to achieve their aim in education, to further my education, and to feed my family, it can also help others by creating employment for those who will work in my baking industry.
Initially my profit is about Ghc50.00, but am given this load, it will increase by 50% because the higher amount you buy the lower the cost incurred.

Sadly Kenneth has not made a payment on his loan nor made any effort to explain why he isn’t trying to repay his lenders.
