About Me

I am a 29-year-old born-again Christian. I have a degree in sales and marketing and a diploma in secretarial studies. The main aim of getting into business was to help my mum and younger sibling better their lives, since employment was not forthcoming. I started "Nthiga Fashion House" where I sell new clothes for women. We design the clothes ourselves and sell in supermarkets, malls and other outlets that sell women's clothes. I have 5 employees under me as well.

Besides singing, I am also a good guitar player. My hobbies include reading and watching movies.

My Business

I own "Nthiga Fashion House" where I sell new clothes for women. We design the clothes with my employees. The clothes are sold in supermarkets and malls, some are hawked and others sold to outlets that deal with women's clothes. We also design clothes for special occasions such as weddings, graduations and social gatherings.

I intend to start a clothes design school within my premises so that we can pass our skills to other people who have the zeal and talent. Our main source of income comes from selling the clothes designed at our fashion house.

The overhead costs include rent, salaries, buying raw materials and other miscellaneous expenses. On a good month, I can make up to $ 1,000 in profit.

Loan Proposal

Business at Nthiga Fashion House has been steady and as part of extending my business, I intend to buy a sewing machine to increase production. The machine will cost around $ 150. I will use the amount gotten from this loan to top up to the money I have already saved.

Buying the machine can only mean one thing; more profits and probably one opening for a job opportunity. With the current earning I will comfortably pay the loan in good time and come back for more.
