About Me

I am Opoku Stephen from Tepa in the Ashanti region. I am a man of 28 years of age. I learned the shoemaking business from my friend when I was in school. My wife's name is Serwaa Poku and child's name is Kwaku Poku. My hobbies are reading and watching television. My child wants to be a doctor in the future. My wife s hobbies are reading and watching football.

My Business

I am a shoemaker. I make shoes, sandals and slippers. Sometimes, I make bags too. I learned this kind of job because I like this work. I also chose this kind of work because it was my uncle's job. I use the profits for materials for the business, for my family, for chop money and hospitality. People like my shoes because I use quality materials to make them.

Loan Proposal

I am going to buy a shoemaking machine @ $ 500 and I will add to the remaining amount to buy some materials which will help the shoes become strong and beautiful. It will help me to get my customers to buy my shoes, bags, belts, etc. I will benefit from it more and others also will benefit from it.

      Dear Opuku,

Please don’t ever upload an image of your National Id. Card to this public screen! That puts you at high risk for identity theft!

Hi Opoku, You can adjust your loan payment to a very small amount while you recover from your illness. That will keep your repayment rate in good standing and give your business a chance to catch up again once you are able to go back to work. I hope you get to feeling better soon! Mary
