About Me

I was born in a very humble family of six siblings in Marani Sub-County, Kisii County, being a fourth born in the family,
The advise from my parents that in a successful business you have to be hardworking, honest, ambitious, disciplined, patient and persistent on whatever you are doing as a living.

My Business

My business name is Hope Cyber Café at Gusii plaza, 1st floor room 114 in Kisii town, Kisii County, I aim in expanding the business, so that I can own upto 15 computers and sell stationery. I have been funded by Zidisha three times, the first time I bought a camera which i use in taking photos, the second time I bought Epson A4 size printer, third time I bought a drum unit for my photocopier and other spares and also bought A3 Epson photocopy machine. Am very much grateful for Zidisha family. I have really grown through the Zidisha loan, I have seen life changing. What I started as a one computer offering typesetting is now is now six, with printing and photocopying services, also most of the stationery are available.

Loan Proposal

I will use the loan in buying the following in bulk, because I have realized buying in bulk saves more money and you are assured no customer will leave without getting the service he/she needs, Tonners for my copier machine, Printing Ink , Photo papers for printing photos, Envelops for parking and selling in small quantities.

I spoke with Sarah, she said her business is still down, i advised her to try and adjust her installments to an amount she can afford to pay comfortably till her business improves.

I have been unwell for the last three months, and I have not yet recovered. This makes it hard for me to go to my work station. I will try to repay as soon as I get well and resume work.
    Thank you

      Happy New Year, Sarah!

How's it going? Hope she's feeling better (Please remember that it's not a problem to adjust to a smaller amount - even Very small steps is better than not at all)

      All the best,

I have a patient, I am taking care of, and I have been taking care of her for the past two months, I rarely go to my work station, since I spend most of the time at the hospital. The person helping me at my job is still a learner, and makes very minimal sales. I hope I will be able to repay my full amount in time. Please lenders bear with me and promise to repay the total amount in time

Sarah, you can create a support ticket and reduce your loan repayments in order to retain your excellent credit rating. We hope all is good with you.

Thanks for your concern, I am ok, though I have a patient who has taken most of my time at the hospital, I rarely go to my shop, hopefully if all goes well, and hope for quick recovery, I will be able to be at my work station, and repay my loan as stipulated and in time. But I am optimistic I will be able to. Thanks

Hallo, lenders! It has been an amazing time for the last 17 months I was servicing my loan though the economic conditions were worse, I am grateful I was able to repay all my loan at stipulated time and still have stocks in my cyber. This has really motivated me so much that I want to add another service in my shop (Mpesa services) I know and believe within the next 4 months my profits will double.
This will also enable me adjust my repayment amount a bit higher so that I can complete my loan so soon.
Thank you lenders and ZIDISHA family, its only that I lack words to use so that I can express my happiness. Long live ZIDISHA you are saved many in different ways.

my payments are not being updated I have tried to use Support Tickets but not yet helped.
My payment history since October 8th 2017, there is a technical error which picks two dates every payment day. I have also tried to reschedule it but in vain
I am supposed to be paying kshs 3000 weekly, but since October 8th 2017 my loan repayment dates picks two dates every week which shows that I am supposed to be paying kshs 6000 per week which is so high, my payment history showing I am in arrears, I have tried to contact the support sticker section but they are unable to help me.
I am not arrears and have repaid my loan promptly, is there a way you can adjust the dates to be once a week.
see the below data I have copied from the payment history, for example starting Oct 8, 2017 the payments picks two dates continuously. I want to be paying kshs 3000 per week and not kshs 6000. I hope you will assist correct the dates appropraitely
