About Me

I am langat Collins currently at Technical university of Kenya pursuing civil engineering in my fourth year. I went to secondary school within my county and attended local primary school in my village. My childhood was not bad as such because my parents provided all my basic needs. Hard work and dedication has helped me to overcome my daily challenges in life.

My Business

I am operating a small retail shop in my village. I deal with basic commodities which are required in every homestead like sugar, soaps, cooking oil, and all other commodities which are needed daily. I chose to operate shop because other retail stores and supermarkets are far from my village so my people prefer my shop because it is near and people don't need to travel to purchase the goods. I use profits to pay my school fees and others to expand my business.

Project Proposal

I currently have about 20 chicken which about 5 are laying eggs I would like to use the funds to buy some feeds and medicine for my chicken.the prices of feeds have gone up that's why I am applying for the loan in order to continue with my chicken farming practices.i would like also to increase the number of chicken in the future if I get enough financial support from the members.
