I am Christabel atieno Agik a Kenyan citizen who hails from seme kombewa in Kisumu county. am married with a daughter. I do business i sell soft drinks (sodas and chips).I am an O level and college holder. I specialized in IT. I started my business to sustain my family, I do farming with the profit that i make from the business, I like doing art work during my free time i.e weaving baskets and drawing to make extra money. i would also like to do rabbit farming in a large scale in order to promote white meat for a healthy living in my country especially my county.
I do a personal business in Kisian junction outside kisumu city, about 7 kilomiters from kisumu town. My business is situated along the kisumu busia High way known as Wayside resturant. i have many customers because i sell sodas and chips at a lower price than my competitors. My business is in a strategic place, clean and well organized so i make a good profit of Kshs.40,000 per month. The risk in that business is theft so i have to secure it well. I spend Kshs 70,000 per month on costs and Kshs.2000 on revenue respectively. If i get a loan from zidisha ill repay it through my business.
If i get a loan from zidisha ill use it to buy a chips fryer. this will make work easier for me because at times my customers queue when they want chips. So when i have two fryers i will have more sales and ill improve my profit with about US Dollars 50 per week. This will also enable me expand my business. At times it is challenging when you have more people and your services are not to their satisfaction. So i need to improve my business time by time to avoid a lot of competition.
