My Business
I have three sources of income one which is my employment as a technician in a Telecommunications company. My second is my 2 motorbikes which serve as taxis in my neighborhood. As of mid last year I also ventured into cooking gas distribution.

Dear lenders it is with great pleasure that I introduce my next phase of my investment. I have purposed to open up a retail shop in my rural home in Kiambu county. The shop will be located in our family land that has close proximity with major roads linking it to virtually everyone within the neighborhood.
over the last several months I have been building it using my savings and now I'm nearing its completion. I'm currently in the stage of adding up some shelves tiles and install electricity..
When complete and operational it wilk be run by my mother who is a housewife. based on the locality and needs of people in that area the retail shop has a return potential of kshs 600 per day after expenses. Thus it translates to kshs 18000 per month in profit. being on family land water and rent bills are not in included.
I look forward to stocking it up over November and open it up mid of the same month.
