I have incurred alot of unpayed electrical installation from my customers that Haas resulted in my defaulting on the loan much to my embarrassment I therefore need to make the changes in order to stay current with my schedule and I intend to revert to my initial repayment schedule once my finances allow.

Following the sudden demise of my mother the funeral arrangements has greatly drained my finances thus i have to reschedule in order to remain current with my payments.

Today i started the day in high spirit as i began the much needed repairs on the roof but the day ended badly as at around 8:00 pm i received news that my mother had been shot by robbers and passed away on the spot this has thrown my plans in a slight dissaray.

Thanks lenders for showing up to fund my loan and this just hours when i had given up in it being funded on time is a pleasant suprise, once the funds are disbursed i will buy iron sheets and the necessary roofing materials for this work to stop the roof from leaking.

I feel I have held the loan for quite a while now and since my financial situation allows me to clear the remaining balance in one go I don't see the need to prolong this further.

A few weeks ago i had applied to adjust my initial installments downwards due to temporary financial set back that had a risen out of under-estimated budget costs for my proposed project, but now that my financial situation has relatively imroved i feel i can re-adjust my installment amount from where it cxurrently stands to what i am propossing at the moment.

The actual cost of connecting the units to the municipal sewer line was four (4) times more than my estimates i therefor had to connect to an old septic tank which meant reparing and empting it though the cost was reduced but it was still at a higher cost than my original estimated this has thrown my finances into slight dissaray. I therefor need to reduce my instalment amount for a while in order for my financial recovery.
