About Me

My name is Edmond Zongo. I was born November 20th 1982 in Koudougou City located in the province of Boulkiende. I am a tailor and stylist in the Tampoui area, a neighborhood in the city of Ouagadougou. I am married and have a child. I was educated and have an acceptable level of secondary studies and have also benefited from the experience of life that is a different kind of school. I had a difficult time after my apprenticeship because I still do not have my own workshop. Today I thank God Almighty because I can work for myself.

My Business

Perfectly situated in the Tampoui neighborhood in the city of Ouagadougou, my sewing workshop offers services for men and women. Currently I have bought three machines and I work with two apprentices. I am overwhelmed by customers, especially in the busy holiday periods. Tailoring prices vary according to the design ordered by the customer. For example, for a simple pants design I charge 1,750 francs or 2000 francs, depending on the order. For a simple short sleeve shirt I charge between 1500 and 2000 francs. Regarding the prices for women's clothing it is very difficult to give an amount, but all in all prices range from 2,000 francs to 15,000 francs. I wish to get your support to purchase one more machine and to recruit two more members of staff. In time I plan to do an extension of this workshop into a larger space.

Thank you honorable lenders for all the good you have done so far. I am designer training and thanks to your various loans, I could make an extension of my sewing room. Now I ask you for the fourth time this loan of 339,973 CFA francs in order to pay two sewing machines, the respective amount is 85,000 CFA francs and 125,000 francs. I count recruited for this time two officers who will assist me in my daily tasks and I"ll pay them. Thank you
