i live in utawala in Nairobi.the residential and a commercial area that is developing at a high rate.in this area,i am a beauty therapist and a cosmetics seller. am a businessman who has invested all his time,money and experience to be self employed.my business is growing at steady fast,this has been contributed by proughing the earnings back to the business and giving back to the society by training at affordable fee.

.we offer all the services as far as beauty is concerned.we sell beauty products at affordable prices.the increased number of clients is due to quality services given by qualified staffs .the amount earned is used to replenish the stock, payment of staffs and house rent .the main challenge in this business is:
1.business space is small,hence clients complains of limited space.
2.lack of enough capital.

Loan Proposal

Dear lenders,am so happy to apply the third loan.the two loans boosted my business and my family financially.i also would want to share this because i feel it OK to express it to you my lenders.
therefore,i would want to put all the loan granted to the business.
first,i am planning to invest 70% of the loan in adding the stock(cosmetics) to the salon.20% of the money to renovate the room and 10% will be used to replace the worn out machines,and furniture for better yield.lenders,it is also in my minds that i do put the profits to repay the loan and also for my family upkeep.finally,a beautiful skin is a happy skin.
it is my wish that if given the loan i will fulfill these goals.
