Hi lenders just talked to John and he was away and he says his zidisha account and email were hacked and he cant be able to access both, if he tries to reset the password he receives a notification telling him that a new password has been sent to his email which he also cant access. he is asking for help which i don't know how to go about it. I am sending a mail regarding the same to service@zidisha so that i ask them to assist him.
