About Me

My name is Herman Muraya Gicheru, born in the year 1993 I went to St. John Primary School then to St. John Secondary School. After secondary I joined my parents in their farming business then after sometime I started a small business of taking photographs.
I come from Karunga shopping centre from Nakuru/Nyahururu road as you reach a Centre called Maili Saba you branch to your right take a rough road go past St. John Secondary School then from there to Karunga Center. From the centre ask for the chief’s camp just around there is our home Muraya’s home.

My Business

I am a photographer, I take photographs in occasions like weddings, funeral and other local functions held in our area and also far from our home provided I am invited. I do enjoy my business very much. I get about 20,000 per month from this business which I use some to pay school fees for my siblings and use the remaining for my upkeep and the business continuity. I would like to upgrade my business by having a premises where I could be able to station myself even if I would be going outside the job.

dear zidisha lenders and zidisha team am am very grateful to you for your good work you are doing with the organization. depending on my savings and the loan i will be give i will open my own studio where i will be printing photos and give to customers instant passport n photos. I will also buy another camera which i will leave it at the studio and go to field with the one i have now.
