Hello! Am very sorry for my long silence. The reason why i stopped my weekly payment is because of the following; I applied for the loan amount of Ksh.11,944 where i received around Ksh.7,500. I made my payment of Ksh.6,648 where my balance is Ksh.5,296. According to me, the balance am supposed to pay is Ksh.5,296 but on my payment history is Ksh9,755. My question is, where did Ksh.4,459 come from?

  Please contact Zidisha to ask them that, as the lenders don't have that information. Also, please try to pay a little bit each week if you can as that shows that you are trying.

Hello! Am sorry I have delayed my payments for the last two weeks but am making arrangements to pay. According to my schedule after reducing my installment to Ksh300, I am to finish my payment on 6th November 2019, where my balance should be around Ksh5000. I just checked my schedule and my balance has increased by Ksh4459 which goes upto 4th December 2019. Why? and How?
