About Me

My name is Theresa Acquah. I live in Kumasi in the Ashanti region of Ghana. I am 35 years old. I couldn't even complete basic education because my parents gave me to someone else to care for me because of hardship. I became a trader by selling vegetables and local food stuffs. Later on I decided to add cooked food to the market.

My Business

I started petty trading by selling vegetables and local food items. Later on, I thought it wise to add prepared for to my business. I sell plain rice and jollof rice in my community because the is no such food in the locality especially in the morning.

Loan Proposal

I need the loan to support my catering business. I will use the loan to buy larger saucepan and and a bigger coalport. Sometimes, I have to cook the food especially the rice bit by bit because my saucepan is not large enough. This gives me extra cost because additional chacoal will needed to cook the same quantity of food which could have been cooked once.

Income Source

I am a food vendor, I calculate my expenses as well as my profit on daily basis. I factory my loan as part of the coat for preparing the food. I also put some of my profit aside to settle my loan. So with this idea, can settle my loan without any difficulty.
