About Me

My name is Theresa Acquah. I live in Kumasi in the Ashanti region of Ghana. I am 35 years old. I couldn't even complete basic education because my parents gave me to someone else to care for me because of hardship. I became a trader by selling vegetables and local food stuffs. Later on I decided to add cooked food to the market.

My Business

I started petty trading by selling vegetables and local food items. Later on, I thought it wise to add prepared for to my business. I sell plain rice and jollof rice in my community because the is no such food in the locality especially in the morning.

Project Proposal

I will use the loan to buy foodstuffs such as rice and vegetable oil in bulk. This will help me to save some money when there is increase in price of foodstuffs.
