I come from a family of eight from the Western part of Kenya. I moved to Central Kenya to work as a Teacher to support my Education as well as that of my siblings. Am a graduate from Wayland Baptist University with a BA in Religion minor in English, Am also a trained Primary school teacher. I ventured in business to cater for my needs and promote my family to go through school. I want to expand my business by coming up with a modern shop offering internet services and selling books to curb the great appetite we have for knowledge in our nation. I believe that is through education that we can break the glass ceiling of poverty our nation.
I operate a film shop where i sell movies for local public performances, home viewing as well as educational ones used in schools and churches. These goods are in great demand since the world is changing very fast where information has become a pillar of economic drive. Many people prefer to watch a film to get the gist of something rather than the manual way of doing things. Students especially learn through this method more than when they read the same from the books due to the dwindling reading culture. Again not all people who can access or afford books and for those who can some don't know how to read and write.
I wish to expand this venture to be a library in one of the major towns to cater for college and university students, This will give opportunity to many who are willing to do research via the internet hence they cannot afford to secure a computer at home.
Currently, I earn an average of Ksh20,000 a month and I plan to triple the amount in the next few months. Given the loan i will be able to buy some computers to facilitate this promising venture. I pledge to abide by the stipulated rules in the servicing of the loan given. Am available to give more information when required to do so. Thanks in advance.
Hallo lenders. When i completed paying back the previous loan, I was moved by how things can move smoothly when you have sufficient and reliable source of income to make things move around as intended. I plan on how to make kids comfortable in my school as they drink from the calabash of knowledge we are offering. This can be a challenge if I do not provide consistent meals and other supplies needed by teachers as an upfront to bring in more customers. I need close to 240 dollars to buy corn, 210 dollars for beans and peas and 300 dollars for text books and exercise books. Our school policy dictates that the parents to pay for these items as the school provides them. We don't allow pupils to bring theirs for uniformity and efficiency in the running of our school. As I looked in the eyes of my pupils, I saw a great hope and a bright future if they are given a chance to study in a serene environment as their guardians hustle to pay fees at our facility as agreed. My hope to achieve this is pegged on the best of the financiers and lenders in the whole world on this platform - zidisha microfinance. Please loan me the amount stated above and mine will be the great commitment to repay you promptly better than i have done before. Change my life as we change that of others. You remain to be my best lenders ever. Be part of this course and the outcome will be tremendous beyond KES.75,512. Thank you and looking forward to your positive response.
