About Me

I have grown up in Kahawa Wendani with my family. My family comprises of mother, father and 2 sisters. I have completed my secondary and tertiary education then got married.

I am currently residing with my wife and child at a rented house at Kahawa. I am employed by local NGO which supports vulnerable young people to access vocational training. I have established a grocery shop from savings of my salary so that I can generate more income. My business is being managed by a young lady. under the supervision of my lovely wife. My business has various varieties of fresh vegetables and fruits.

My Business

I started my grocery business two years ago from savings from my salary so that I can earn more income at the end of the month and also offer opportunity to local people to access fresh fruits and vegetable. My business is run by a young lady under the supervision of my lovely wife and over the weekend I assist them. My business involves selling fresh vegetables and fruits to the local people and the business has been on positive growth because of fresh vegetables and fruits unlike my competitors don't stock fresh fruits and also my sales lady is extremely clean and has good customer skills. I intend to expand my business by introducing other varieties of fresh fruits and vegetables that are not locally grown in our region.

Loan Proposal

My business involves selling of fresh fruits and vegetables to the local people and I intend to introduce more varieties to satisfy customers demand and also to repair the crates for storing the produces and this will cost me the following fresh fruits at kshs 4600, fresh vegetables at kshs 5700 and repairing of the produce crates at kshs 4500. The new produce will satisfy customers demands and it will facilitate increase in the sales.

The issue of Clarance is one of the sad story to Zidisha family, I would recommend for the Country Liaison Officer to come up with a way of tracking this guy, even it will involve use of the law enforcement agency. This is one case in point of a dishonest person that should be dealt with properly. I have tried to contact him several times without success and all the contacts he gave appears to be fake.

It would appear that Clarence has taken our money and disappeared. The same occurred with Veronica Nkirote who invited Clarence to Zidisha so my bet would be we got taken by a couple of thieves. There are always a few bad apples who take advantage of what could be a great system.

Clarence it is now July and so far you have not honor your commitment to clear your arrears. All my calls to you is either ignored, disconnected or diverted. Please if you are facing a crisis come out clear and reschedule your loan. Honesty is the best policy.

Am grateful to all who contributed towards my loan, I used the loan wisely as stipulated in the loan application and now my business is doing great despite I have been moved to another area outside Nairobi by the NGO am working with thus I had to spend a lot of money to resettle in the new community but its only for a short time then back but my family is still in Kahawa. I intend to repay the loan as from next week so that I don't fall into areas. Thanks all

Am sorry for the inconvenience but after having an accident, I lost my luggage plus my phone and I was hospitalized but am now discharged and back to Nairobi. The business is doing great and I have applied for same mobile number and hopeful this week I will have the same number so that I can send cash. The profit has been accumulating thus I want to share with my lenders despite the inconvenience. Thanks all
