It's three weeks past the date when you were supposed to have finished paying off the loan and you haven't started yet. Please contact Zidisha and they will help you spread your loan over a longer period instead if you're struggling, but you do need to start paying off small amounts now.

  The credit risk payment is refundable after you repaid your loan.
  So your loan still only costs 5%.
