About Me

I have passion for business, that makes me a business lady. I have been operating a computer services shop in Mukuyu for the last five years. Am a young lady in her mid twenties and believes that business is the only way to develop myself to the fullest. I have a certificate in secretarial which has been an asset in my work which is more secretarial. In my business, I make a monthly turnover of about 10,000 and i have reinvested this profits after my expenditures although. it is this capital injection that has allowed my capital to grow from a starting capital of 6,000 to over 10,000 as it stands now. i have a lot of faith in Zidisha lenders as with a little injection of capital i will be capable to diversify into digital photo production which is very profitable. With their support, sky is the limit.

My Business

Along Gishohi lane, there is situated a stall where my computer services is situated. I am a secretary by training and typesetting, photocopy, printing and other outsourced services such as KRA pin are available at request. There are no many competitors within my area and non of thew purported competitors match my skills. With about five years in this work i have developed a client base and loyal customers who gives me a lot of business. these includes churches to print fliers and schools. The business is profitable as much of what customer pays for are the services and not the capital used to offer the services. In a typical boom month I can make up to 20,000 as turnover but on average my margins are about 10,000. The risk I face I maily power rationing as when it happens am out of business.

Loan Proposal

I will use the loan to purchase an extra printer, my current printer is already overloaded with sometimes forcing me to loose business as I have just one printer which I use to print photos and all other office services in my shop. I urge lenders to fund me to purchase a laser printer which will boost my business to a great deal. With a laser printer, I will be able to print large quantities of work especially church programs that I do on Fridays and Saturdays that currently freezes all printing operations in my business. I would like lenders to fund this purchase as it has the key to unlocking the growth of my business. With this printer alone, I will be able to make extra 4000 per month, this translates to 1000 shillings per week, with this amount, I will be able to repay my loan and reinvest the rest thus expanding my business. Thank you in advance.

Kind Regards
Macharia
