Every time I try to apply the system comes up with some crazy excuses to hinder me from taking a loan which I will eventually pay back and you forget I use data to approve men-tees and I am not able to get the loan myself then whats the point if dont benefit myself you might as well deactivate the account because am not a social worker for your organization yet I spend more time doing what you want me to do while I benefit nothing.

As previously mentioned, you're complaining in the wrong place. Ordinary lenders don't make any of the decisions here, except to whom to lend some of our money (that we upload to the platform from our own personal household funds) when we visit "Browse Projects". (The Zidisha platform handles all of the transactions between lenders and borrowers, which it does in exchange for the fees it charges to borrowers.)

Please post your complaints, comments, and questions for the Director in one of the two places where she would see it (on a private support ticket created at the HELP link in your account, or in a public message posted in the public Forum). She almost never visits the borrower-lender Discussion page of any individual borrower. Keep in mind that there are hundreds of thousands of Zidisha borrowers.

P.S.: Probably one of the reasons why you can't get a loan proposal onto "Browse Projects" is very likely because your account isn't in the name of an individual. Any opportunity you had here before very likely was due only to a technical glitch that erroneously allowed you to get funding. Zidisha requires each borrower account to be in the name of the borrower, not in the name of his or her business. Please contact the Director for assistance if the system isn't allowing you to change the name on your account.

      Thank you, and good luck!

    Hello,

The questions you're asking on your borrower-lender Discussion page cannot be answered by ordinary lenders, who, like you, are just people who visit Zidisha and create an account on the platform, in your case to borrow, in our case to lend.

When you need any technical, administrative, or policy-related assistance or clarifications, you need to use the HELP link in your account. From there, you may be able to send a private support ticket to the Director, or you may be redirected to post a public message in the "Borrower Questions" section of the forum if it's something specifically going wrong with your account (or to post in the "Open Forum" section of the forum if it's just a general policy-related question that would apply to all Zidisha borrowers).

Please remember all of the above, going forward, and please also remember to change the name on the account to the individual *person* responsible for the loan. Make sure you enter your name as it appears on your National Id. Card, which the Director will be asking to see at some point (when she needs to see it, you would see a special "Upload Id." button appear in your account, which would send the image to a private page that only she would be able to see).

If you encounter any technical problems when trying to correct the borrower name (your name, as an individual, *not* your business name) on the account, please use the HELP link in your account to report any technical issues you possibly may experience.

P.S.: Thank you for posting a photo of yourself
at the top of your profile page. :)

I have not fully paid back the loan because our business has gone slower than usual therefore the fiscal capacity has depreciated. I would like to assure Zidisha that I will pay back the whole amount.

I don't know why it is taking so long for the loan to be disbursed in my account and the other thing I would like to complain about is I borrowed 42 US Dollars and when 12 Dollars is subtracted which is service fee and credit risk altogether amounting to 30 Dollars and when converted to Zambian Kwacha amounts 30 x 14 =420 but I am about to receive 335 ZMK so please look into this please.
