Hello Team Zidisha,
Please my on-time is not supposed to be 96% because I had initially made the payment of 94ghc which reflected in my Zidisha account only to notice after over a week that the money (94ghc) which was paid and has reflected in my account had been transferred back into my Mtn Mobile Money account due to no fault of mine. I did send your teams emails enquiring why it happened so but got no replies so had to resend the money (94ghc) back again. In view of this, my 100% time-on repayment reputation has been ruined and I'm not happy about it because I didn't make a late repayment initially and it was due to your fault.

One of my repayments I made on 15th October has still not reflected. The repayment of 50.00ghc made on the 15th October was supposed to be due on the 18th but I made an earlier payment with my Zidisha account number 0247015301. Please because that has not reflected my other repayments have gone to fill in for previous weeks as shown in my repayment schedule. Please kindly check and get it resolved for me. Thank you.

Hello Team Zidisha, please I had made two separate repayments of 50ghc on 3rd October and 5th October respectively but didn't receive any notifications of these payments being received. The delay caused me to be alarmed so I contacted Michael Sarpong, a Mentor, who said the delay might be due to system failure. But just this morning I received notifications both email and txt that I had missed repayments.
Please come to me aid and get this problem resolved because I don't want my repayment on-time reputation being ruined. Thank You

I am currently helping out at the Microbiology Laboratory of a Water Research Institute which I was attached to last year while in school, upon their request of needing a helping hand. Since I was going to be home for the whole month of August because my National Service will be starting on 1st September,2015 I honored their request. This has made me unable to manage my credit sales and mtn mobile money transfer business myself, however a my nephew of mine is helping me manage it. The call credit sales has been as usual while the money is picking up little by little because I just started and many people in my community are yet to know about it. Not withstanding this, on the average I make a weekly profit of about 40ghc = almost 10$, this is just enough for me to keeping repaying on time but I'm hopeful there will be improvement and increment in profit with time.

I was able to redraw my funds today and just like I proposed, I increased my credit transfer stock purchase and bought higher recharge card amounts. By doing this, I didn't have to turn away customers who usually requested for the high recharge card amounts (5ghc and 10ghc). They were happy I provided a reliable service just like I promised; thanks to you, my lenders. Kind Regards.
