About Me

My name is Judith Mutinda. I am the founder and CEO of Gilgal Springs Foundation. I am a teacher by profession. I have a degree in ECPE (Early Chilhood and Primary Education), Curriculum implementation and Mathematics as a teaching subject. Currently I am a government teacher.
Despite being a widow eight years now my humble beginnings help me find more satisfaction in serving disadvantaged children and vulnerable marginalized groups in my community. My partnership with Zidisha has always empowered me to achieve the objectives of my business in provision of education, skills and knowledge to the needy and at the same empower the vulnerable groups of people.
Hope you will enjoy walking together with me for the better of one or more soul in need.
Feel free to Google Gilgal Springs Foundation to know more about my work.

My Business

My business is a school. It is called Gilgal Springs Academy for the Disadvantaged children and vulnerable groups of people in the community.

Loan Proposal

I would like to buy food from farmers to sell during this COVID-19 pandemic period to families living in the peri-urban areas of Isinya, Kajiado County, Kenya. I would sell at a
low price for them to be able to afford at least a meal a day.

Income Source

Risk & Revenue Information: I have created a group of women parents of Gilgal Springs Academy, who have been trained on how to run small businesses. This group will do the collective work of achieving our goals, and I expect that the loan shall be paid back on time.
