I'm still in communication with the Mentees associate who is trying to encourage the mentee to settle his loan.
He's hopeful that it will be paid.

I communicated again with the Mentees reference who advised that he did speak to the mentee regarding the loan repayment.
The mentee advised that he was going to pay but didn't give a certain time frame.

We hope he pays in due course.

Hallo Zidisha Team,
The late response in feedback is due to several attempts to contact the mentee and his references.

The mentee still does not pick his phone.

I managed to get in touch with his references Richard Kalama who requested that I give him time to get in touch with the mentee.

I also got in touch with his associate/neighbor who advised that the mentee was not happy with the policy changes with regards to the Credit Risk Fee. The mentee feels it's too high and so is disappointed.

He also advised that the mentee has travelled to upcountry for a funeral. He has promised to try and mediation. So we can communicate again in two weeks time.

I have found no much benefit from this lending program. Let the deductions made on my loans be used to repay the outstanding balance. I regrate for this but I rather revert back to my local lending platforms. Thanks for your services.

I have tried to to contact the mentee in vain He doesn't pick his phone and neither do the references.
I will still keep trying to reach him by sending text messages to his phone hoping he responds.

I have tried to reach the mentee crescent several times at different times of the day but he doesn't pick his phone. I've sent him messages but he doesn't reply. His references are unreachable.
In my view he is ignoring his obligation.
However I'll still keep trying.
