Am Josphat Kiai Kihara ,live In thika but i come from nyeri county, mukurweini division gakindu sublocation near gakindu total station..i cleared my form four and attaind a c plain and later joined mt.kenya university for a diploma in Human resource but have not got a job to date.later on i enrolled for a degree program and am now fourth year student in Mt.Kenya University where am per suing Bachelor of Commerce.I live in thika with my younger brother.I come from a family of 4 and am the first born my both parents doing farming in our small shamba. I started ruaiproperties business of dealing as a middle man between land buyers and sellers in Ruia where I earn small commissions that enable me pay for my fees.
I do my marketing on my facebook page kiai josphat or adverts in daily nation classifieds.if zindisha offer me loan i would be grateful because i would have a chance to have a website and cash to market weekly and also get to meet with sellers in their parcels of land since my business is all about marketing and networking. need to be more visible and attractive to customers.the risk i face is once i get a seller,if i take too long before marketing another broker may sell it and i wont have anything for my client.its profitable because i only use little money in advertising and get high returns inform of commission.People have now embraced the culture of investing In real estate since it never depreciates.my monthly income as commission is between 15000sh to 25000sh and my costs are approximately 10000sh in a month.making my profits not less than 15000sh .am going to use my profit from the business to repay my zidisha loan, if you offer me zidisha loan am going to remain loyal, trustworthy as i have been and grateful because you will have helped me move forward to financial stability.
