    Dear Kenneth,

One of the other mentors posted the following.
“If a borrower facing "loan step" problem, it usually they access the website I think from Google Chrome using desktop mode on their smartphone. They need to choose to getting out from the desktop mode first, after it, they will send to the previous page and later will find the installment amount option for their loan amount.
They will not have this problem when they access Zidisha from a laptop/PC computer or a tablet.”

Does this help to get the loan confirmed. If not please create a support ticket using the help menu (www.zidisha.org/borrower/help) to get help from a staff member.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

      Kindly, look into it.
