About Me

I am 27 years old and married with two sons. I work as an IT instructor with a local college in rongai where i live, i went to school in Strathmore university i did a bachelors degree of business information technology. i started a business to raise part of my school fees and to help the poor since i like working with the less fortunate in the society. The money i get is used to expand the business and helping those in need, i also contribute to groups involved in community work. Since i also have a family it also serves as a source of income to my family

My Business

The company is called FICS technologies started in 2010, we sell hardware and software, IT consultancy services, networking and custom made software, we offers the services to primary schools at discounted rate and according to the customers needs, there’s high demand for the products. We do this to help children who are not privileged or financially poor to get access to information and equip them with sufficient materials to to be technologically fit. Since the business is still growing the profits realized aren't so much so sometimes we are forced to use our own savings to make sure our customers get the best, this becomes a challenge. The transportation of the goods also is a challenge because sometimes we transport using public means and in the process they get spoiled which becomes a loss. The monthly costs are usually 50,000 to 70,000 as compared to profits of 10,000 to 20,000 a month. The website is www.fics.co.ke, we have a dream to make every Kenyan child in primary school to be successful and knowledgeable enough to realize his/her own talent which will help in developing careers in future, to also teach them to be entrepreneurs who can depend on themselves to earn a living, this will make our country move from being a developing country to a more successful country in future.

Loan Proposal

I have a project that i am currently involved, it entails repairing the network for my client at Kenya flourspar and i need to buy new network cables and other materials needed in the repair of the network. I want some money to top up on what i have and the loan will be very helpful.i have some other work that is still pending and i am hoping that when i do the networking part and be paid then i can continue with the rest of the work without any hindrances.i am looking forward for your help.Thank you.
