About Me

My name is Dennis Kipchirchir Ingutia,am a Kenyan citizen, I live in Nakuru County
And my occupation is a businessman.
I have a Diploma in Information Technology,I started a business of cyber café where I provide the following services browsing,type setting,printing and photocopying to university students.
If I get the loan I would use it to buy more computers and photocopying machines so as to expand my business and carter for the larger students community in the university.

My Business

My business deals with providing services like browsing the internet,typesetting of Egerton university students documents i.e Assignments and projects,printing and photocopying.
My customers prefer my business because high provide high quality services like printing,also am very competent person because I have trained in Information Communication Technology.The business is profitable because there is a high demand for services and there is break even level.
The risk that faces my business are burglary, data loss occasioned by virus attacks and poor handling of the machines by customers.
Typical monthly costs of operating is usually rent and electricity 4000/=
Maintenance costs 6000/=
Stationery 5000/=
Salaries 10000/= (for two staffs)
Miscellaneous 3000/=
Daily Revenue apprx 1800/= per day
Monthly Revenue is 54000/=
Profit Earned is 54000-28000=26000/= which I intend to repay back the loan

Loan Proposal

First and foremost i intend to do maintenance and upgrading of my computers so that they can perform better.Secondly i will buy ink cartridges for printing and A4 rim papers for printing and photocopying papers.
Also i intend to network my computers using the local area network so as to carter for a bigger number of students and customers when browsing through the internet.This will give me an opportunity to expand my business and to give me good returns on profit thus making me to repay my loan with ease.
since am facing financial constraints by supporting me it will help my business to run smoothly.
