My customers prefer my business because high provide high quality services like printing,also am very competent person because I have trained in Information Communication Technology.The business is profitable because there is a high demand for services and there is break even level.
The risk that faces my business are burglary, data loss occasioned by virus attacks and poor handling of the machines by customers.
Typical monthly costs of operating is usually rent and electricity 4000/=
Maintenance costs 6000/=
Stationery 5000/=
Salaries 10000/= (for two staffs)
Miscellaneous 3000/=
Daily Revenue apprx 1800/= per day
Monthly Revenue is 54000/=
Profit Earned is 54000-28000=26000/= which I intend to repay back the loan

Hi lenders.
I have been chosen to act as Dennis' volunteer mentor and I have already had a phone session with him.
According to Dennis, he left Nakuru town where his business was situated after he graduated and went to another town called Kisii which is more than 200 kms from his former location. He claims that his business took a downturn from the move but its picking up slowly.
Dennis has promised to resume payments from the month of February and also increase the repayment installments. Lets hope that he keeps his promise and I will keep pressuring him to clear up the loan soonest possible.

I've seen your monthly schedule changes, along with their identical messages, and looked at your 5-year-repayment plan: you're scheduled to pay roughly 150% of the amount borrowed. Since you, from your (initially stated) monthly profits of 26'000 shillings could draw a personal salary of 10'000 shillings (i.e. the double of one of your staff members) and still pay all the principal, as well as any interest, within two months, yet have chosen the ultimately more costly way of not doing so, I'd have to interpret it as your situation has changed drastically in some way. Would you mind telling us how things are going right now?
