About Me
I am a 30 year old single lady who schooled upto form four. After that I have undertaken on-the job training on beauty and hair dressing which is my passion and career. After school I did several busineses like selling second hand clothes, farming and selling farm products. All these businesses failed though I managed to escape with some little savings that enabled me to move from upcountry to Nairobi city to try my luck in employment. After a long struggle I got a job in a hair dressing salon where I worked for six months before joining a different salon where I worked and trained at the same time. Another six months later I managed to open my own small salon that did very well. Some months later I moved to a bigger room with the help of ZIDISHA LOAN.
My Business
My business has been doing well since you helped me stock my shop with the first loan. Customers are happy with my progress and say that I have all it takes to succeed. My salon business has helped me grow and learn a lot while running it. I have since been able to take a medical cover for my family and was to insure the business. This has helped me run the business smoothly without worry of things like diseases that can bring me down by drawing money from the business like it had happed earlier. Now there is a demand of jewelry by majority of my clients. As it is now, I have to source for items like earrings, bungles, necklaces etc from other salons. I see this as a total loss of business and thus revenue for my business. This is more so now that we are heading to the festive season when all ladies want to look absolutely glamorous.

I need to purchase the inventory listed below so as to capture the available market in my salon. These items are very fast moving since ladies buy them to march with certain fashionable dress or hairstyle. They can also be used to march with the hand bag and shoes making it a necessity in today’s world of beauty.
