About Me
Hello, my name is Robert and I work in real estate. I have a few shops in development and wanted to construct more. I am requesting a loan so that I may put up more shopping structures as to grow my real estate business and income.
My Business
I work at real estate company which has two small shopping malls and over forty tenants. I'll be using this money acquired for the loan to create shopping kiosks using shipping containers ( 8-by-40 foot steel containers) The kiosks will be built in the rural l area of Limuru, to help the low working class have a place to sale they're goods and services thus increasing they're household income. My hope is to help my community and grow my business too.
Loan Proposal
I'll need to buy shipping containers ($2,500) some materials (nails, timber, sealant, tarp, steel, paints, windows, etc .$250) and welding equipment ($200) also put in some new water pumps and water trunks ($350). After all that put in a new ceiling with lighting ($150) and electrical wiring for sockets (barber/salons, phone charging stations). Drainage system (pumps, drainage pipes, cement $240). With all this done I hope to have provided a beautiful and safe working conditions for the tenants. So far I have managed to rise $1,700 thanks to help of rental income generated from my previous loan provided by the lenders of Zidisha.
Income Source
Unlike my previous projects this is my largest so far, it's a great opportunity as people have started to appreciate and admire the work we are doing in the community. Am so humbled and grateful for all they help and support. We are luck and privilege to have a of daily cash business in the kiosks, for example Cyber Café (which also have video games, which have recently had a lot of traffic) Beauty Parlours, Mobile Repair Shops, etc which all pay the monthly rent on time. Which helps me pay my loans on time too.
