You're very welcome Wycliffe :-) Thought I'd suggest this, because when you use a juicer instead of a blender, you take out all the fiber, which is what helps fill you up so you're not hungry :-)

When simple changes can be cheap, easy, AND nutritious, its usually a good thing to know, so thought there was no harm in sharing :-)

Wishing you all the best with everything, Emma.

Wycliffe, you mentioned wanting to start making juice... I thought I would make a suggestion that may be more helpful?

Instead of straight juice, putting oats with your fruits/vegetables in a blender will not only make it delicious & nutritious, but it will also be very filling for anyone who may be hungry... Oats should also be rather inexpensive :-) So could be a nice thing to offer.

Oats & banana go especially well together (spinach with it too for added nutrition if you wish).

    Hope this is helpful :-)

Wishing you all the best with your endeavors :-)
    Warm regards, Emma.

Non contaminated pure oats are already naturally gluten-free :-)

"Oats don't actually contain gluten but rather they contain a protein called avenin and are therefore naturally gluten free." This might be helpful, but feel free to do your own research :-) www.thekitchn.com/the-oat-c...

All the best Laurie, hope everything's going nicely :-) Emma.
