    Please help me in facing the problem in Zidisha which is very complicated and makes me confused .. i only have 1 active loan in one account .. why Zidisha always assume that I have two active loans in one account ?? is not it harmful to me as a borrower ?? I do not know the payment money lost somewhere where never come in and not clear..padahal in my previous loan never a problem and I always pay off long before maturity .... is there any party that sabotage my account? or is there any party who doubled my loan ?? i do not know ,,, one sure that i have not got solution from Zidisha to this problem ..       I just saw this message. Sometimes a payment isn’t correctly recorded. The support team can check this but they need the correct info. They will then check the specific bank transaction.

      I just saw your tickets and every time the support teams asks you a question to provide them with more info. But (as far as I can see) you never give them those details. Please provide the support team the correct info, below is what they need!

      If a payment isn’t recorded then create a support ticket with the following info:
