About Me

Isaac Tawiah is my name. I hail from Badu in Brong Ahafo region of Ghana. I am 36 years old. I schooled at St. Paul's International in the Western region. My schooling was not easy in terms of fee paying because my parents are farmers and they did not have enough funds to pay my fees. But constant borrowing by parents help to finance my education to the tertiary.
With little income I gain from the work I do at Nsawkaw District Hospital, I started a little provision store.
The people in my community like buying and selling locally known as business. My children want to become entrepreneurs in future.
I used to like doing backyard gardening as my hobby.

My Business

I have in stock some assorted items like baby diapers and wipers, lactogen, toiletries, milk, milo, cooking oil, pepsodent, sadine, raid insecticide, cerelac, exercise books and pencils. These items are so useful because we cannot live without food and so these food items help in survival. Diapers and toiletries help us to be clean and tidy. I choose this business because of the high demand of these items since only one store is available and is not always opened. The profit generated is used to reinvest in the growing of the business.

Loan Proposal

I am going to buy one box of milk which is going to cost me $14.40. I have
very small of the milk in quantity and are not able to meet the high demand of my community and need additional stock to serve this demand there by expanding my business and in turn increase my profit. The expansion will also create job for those whose assist in sales.
.
I expect my profit to increase from Gh38 to Gh45 if this loan is granted.

I have spoken with the applicant severally on this issue. According to the applicant disbursement was wrongly credited to his mtn wallet more than once. In fact he called me on this issue at that time and I adviced him to communicate to your outlet about that which he did. Those disbursements were successfully reversed.

After this reversed transactions, his loan amount of GHS242 was successfully disbursed. However after this disbursement, it appeared on his repayment schedule as GHS400 as the disbursed amount causing the difference of GHS158, the said default repayment (According to Isaac).

According to him, he has tried severally to post comments about this development but has not gotten your attention. He has even gone further to get his Momo statement from mtn just to be sure. Attach is evidence of disbursement and the Momo statement.

To cut it long and short, Mr. Isaac has stated categorically that he doesn't owe the GHS158 and this development is very frustrating for him.

He is therefore humbly requesting that, your office conduct a reconciliation on his account to rectify this error.

    Thank you

Thank you for uploading the statement. We have corrected our records to reflect that Isaac did not receive the duplicate disbursement payment, and his loan now shows as fully repaid.

Hello I received a loan disbursement of GHS 242 on 24th November 2018. My mobile money account was credited with GHS 158 on the same date.
On 1st december 2018 I made full payment of GHS 242. There was an initial mistake by crediting my account thrice with an amount of GHS 158 each totalling GHS 474 which I reported and were all reversed. Then my actual loan was credited and was repaid as indicated earlier. SO I WANT TO STATE CLEARLY THAT I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A LOAN DISBURSEMENT OF GHS 400. MY LAST LOAN WAS GHS 242. I DO NOT OWE ZIDISHA ANY AMOUNT. I HAVE COLLECTED A STATEMENT FROM MTN AND YOU CAN ALSO DO SAME TO RECONCILE. THANK YOU.
